Power Skakting Clinics by Alana Blahoski - Olympic Gold Medalist and Olympic Coach
Train like an Oympian Sunday nights at The Rock. Alan breaks down the skating stride and has players work on the components that build to create maximum power and efficiency. Clinics are targeted for Mite, Squirt, Bantam, and PeeWees. Sunday Nights, 6:30-7:30PM. $40 walk-on fee subject to availability.

This Clinic is designed to strengthen the various skills essential to becoming a competitive hockey player.
Summer Hockey Camp 2010
Rock Ice Center is proud to announce its Summer Hockey Camp 2010 under the direct supervision of John Puskar, owner of Rock Ice Center. The Summer Hockey Camp is designed for boys and girls 6-14 years of age to have week long FUN and strengthen the various skills essential to becoming a competitive hockey player. Jeff Gorman, of World Hockey Training and Noel Rubin, boys coaching director of the New Jersey Colonials will also headline selected weeks. On ice instruction includes: skating, passing, shooting, stick handling, team play and controlled scrimmages leading up to Friday’s BIG GAME. Each camper will receive a Rock Ice Center camp jersey. Campers are recommended to bring their own lunch. The Rock Ice Café will be open to purchase food and drinks. There will be a special Lunchtime Pizza Party on Friday for a $5.00 fee and includes a drink and snack. Full hockey equipment is required for all on-ice sessions.
