3hr 45 minutes on the ice each day.

9:15am - 9:45am: Player Check in
10:00am - 11:30am On ice
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:45 - 1:15 Dryland training (3 days) Sports Socail Worker (1 day)
1:30 - 2:45pm On Ice
3:00 - 3:45pm Down time/Chalk Talk/Video Session
4:00 - 5:00 pm Scrimmage

The After School Hockey Club is a revolutionary concept allowing NJ players the benefit of skating daily in a monitored program to maximize progress. Kids all over Europe, Russia, the Mid-West, and Canada have the luxury of skating daily and now so can you!

- Tuesdays: One-on-One Game Situations

- Thursdays: Skating
- Fridays: Combinations skills and progress test.

Besa
Tsintsadze is a most impressive skater and hockey trainer. He is well known for teaching players how to unleash explosive power, because as you'll hear him say, in the new NHL speed, speed, speed is everything. Besa travels across the US and Canada providing team and individual training. The teams he works most closely with are the Pittsburgh Penguins and their AHL affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins and has been called on to work individually with Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby. Besa takes to the road, and will be running clinics and camps at Rock Ice on an ongoing basis. He only wants the most committed of players on the ice. For more information about Besa, visit

Butch Goring, Four time Stanley Cup Champ
and NHL Commentator to join the line up
at Rock Ice.
You only need to do a Google Search on "Butch Goring" to find thousands of entries and pictures, showcasing his illustrious career as a player and NHL Commentator. In the NHL he scored 375 goals, 513 assists and 888 points in 1107 career NHL games. Currently he is working for the NHL and will be working the playoff for the MSG network as a Commentator., but he will make time to meet and train with local youth and adult players in NJ. Meet and Train with Alana Blahoski
Olympic Gold Medallist and Olympic Coach, Alana Blahoski is as impressive in person as her resume suggests. Alana is a regular at Rock Ice, so check the website to find out when she will next be on the ice sharing her knowledge with youth and adult players. More sessions are being added now, including a Girls Only summer camp week in July and another Co-Ed camp week in July. Watch the website and more dates will be announced soon. Read about her in USA Magazine and learn how she won the spot behind the bench at the 2006 Olympics because of the fact that she not only has reached the highest heights in Women's Hockey, but she also has great communication skills.

***Rock Ice Pavilion welcomes Blue Angles Girl's 12U Team***
The Blue Angles 12U Girls team is forming and will skate and practice from Rock Ice. The team is a perfect compliment to a co-ed travel hockey program or a good program to introduce girls to the sport of Ice Hockey. For $700, girls will receive one week of summer camp at Rock Ice, and one game and practice slot during the season. Print the flyer.

Josh Pauls is an amazing skater, who happens to be a bilateral amputee, but that doesn't stop him... not one bit! Josh can be seen at Rock Ice on many afternoons practicing as well as participating on the Hockey Developmental clinics on the Weekends. The kids love having Josh on the ice with the kids, as he is a not only a great kid, he is also an inspiration to us all.
Josh Scores His First Goal on the Men's Sledge Team!
Josh Pauls, from South Plainfield, N.J., previously a member of the U.S. National Under-20 Sled Hockey Team, was added to the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team roster in October, 2008. He is the youngest member of the national team Behind goals from Josh Pauls (South Plainfield, N.J.) and Taylor Chace (Hampton Falls, N.H.), the U.S. Paralympics Sled Hockey National Team posted a 2-0 victory over Germany in the 2009 Hockey Canada Cup at the UBC Thunderbird Arena. Table for Twelve learns to Skate at Rock Ice
and America gets a glimpse at the sport of Sled Hockey
TLC traces this clan's daily experiences and often times chaotic outings in the new series TABLE FOR 12.

At age 4, the Hayes sextuplets are now sturdy on their feet, so Eric and Betty Hayes decide it's a good time for all 10 kids to try out ice skating. Rock Ice Coaches Move up!
Ferazzoli moves up to East Coach Hockey League
Rob Lemelin moves up to American Hockey League
Chris Ferazzoli, of the Jersey RockHoppers, was called up to the East Coast Hockey League for Cincinnati on 2/22/2009. Chris ran the Winter break clinics with his team mates and also attended Penguins YHC and Cranford YHC practices. Chris is an incredible stick handler and skater with amazing moves. He found the net, in almost every game! Goaltender Rob Lemelin of the RockHoppers was called up to the American Hockey League. Watch what's happening on www.ephl.com
RockHoppers players will continue to run rink clinics along with veteran staff, and International Superstars: Sergei Starikov and Oleg Mudrov.

Man Cave Hosts Drive the Zamboni
